       Step 3 - I notice what gave me peace, and tell someoneWhen you tell someone what gave you peace in the hard time, you and them experience something that is magical. As it says in the bible… And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7
